Welcome to the SAI mobile application ("App")! Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your data when you use the App. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use.

This Policy applies to the App and related services offered by SAI ("We", "Us", "Our"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Personal and Account Information:
  • When you create an account, we collect information to identify you. This may include your name and email address, depending on whether you sign up using Apple ID, Google Account, or a direct email/password combination.
  • We use this information to create and manage your account, associate your subscriptions and credits with you, and enable portability across devices.
• Payment and Transaction Information:
  • Information related to payments for subscriptions or in-app credit purchases. All payment transactions are handled through secure third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store your credit card details. We only receive transaction confirmations linked to your account to validate your purchases.
• Usage Data:
  • Information about how you use the App (e.g., features used, videos created, credits spent), linked to your user account.
  • Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers).
  • Log data such as IP address, access times, and app performance data, including crash reports.
• User-Generated Content:
  • The text, images, and other media inputs (prompts) that you provide for video creation.
  • The final videos you create using the App.
• Third-Party Data:
  • We may receive anonymized and/or aggregated data from third-party analytics services to analyze and improve the App's usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its services.
• To manage your account, process your subscriptions, and track your in-app credits.
• To analyze usage trends to improve the App and develop new features.
• To personalize your App experience and provide you with relevant content.
• To provide you with technical support and respond to your inquiries.
• To send you important App updates, security notifications, and support messages.
• To ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use.

• To process your User-Generated Content through our AI models to create videos as requested by you.

These providers may access your information only as necessary to perform their services for us and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
• For Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

If you choose to delete your account, we will take steps to permanently remove your personal data from our systems. As stated in our Terms of Use:

• Your personal data will be permanently removed.
• All unused credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded but will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Created videos may be retained for a limited time for legal compliance or security purposes before being permanently deleted.

We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the security of your information. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data. These may include:

• Right to Access: The right to request copies of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request the correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): The right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can exercise this right at any time by deleting your account directly from the App's settings (Settings > Profile > Delete Account).
• Right to Object to Processing: The right to object to our processing of your data under certain conditions.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and may notify you through the App or by email. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
