By downloading or using Maze Power ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn't try to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions.
The App may contain advertising and offer in-app purchases. Your use of these features is subject to the terms and conditions of Google Play Store (for Android) and Apple App Store (for iOS). We reserve the right to modify prices for in-app purchases at any time. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or store policy.
You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the Developer.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the App.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
